Headshots - As Promised

Here are my possible new headshots. I'm posting them here, but blogger crops them slightly on the right so click on them to be taken to the full image. Now, I need critiques from everyone to tell me just what they do and don't like about each picture. Also, I have a favorite, can you guess which one? Which is your favorite?

I'm between image hosting sites at the moment, any ideas on what is a good one?
